Your Responsibilities:
Source and identify qualified candidates for various job openings
Conduct initial screenings and interviews in Dutch and English
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
Maintain organized records in our candidate tracking systems
Support the recruitment process and ensure a seamless candidate experience
Contribute innovative ideas to enhance our recruitment strategies
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch and English is essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must
Self-motivated individuals who are comfortable working independently and collaboratively
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
No prior recruitment experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided
Familiarity with online job boards and social media for candidate sourcing is beneficial
Willingness to travel to Greece for a fully paid 3-month training program
