Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and create tailored job descriptions.
Source candidates from various platforms, such as job boards and social media channels.
Review applications and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain comprehensive records of candidates and recruitment processes.
Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
No prior recruitment experience is required; thorough training will be provided.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a genuine interest in supporting candidates.
Familiarity with online recruitment tools and platforms is advantageous.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
A passion for developing a career in recruitment and an enthusiasm for connecting talent with opportunities.
