Key Responsibilities
Work with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.
Utilize various platforms to source candidates, including job boards and social media.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
Maintain organized records of candidates and recruitment activities.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to hire.
Requirements
Fluency in both Dutch and English is required; additional languages are a bonus.
No previous recruitment experience is required; training will be provided.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in helping others.
Familiarity with online recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
A desire to build a career in recruitment and connect talent with opportunities.
