Key Responsibilities
Work closely with hiring managers to fully understand their recruitment needs and job requirements.
Source candidates through various platforms, including job boards and social media.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates’ suitability.
Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
No previous experience in recruitment is needed; comprehensive training will be provided.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with online recruitment tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting.
