Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Operations Specialist/Assistant Manager to drive sales and operational excellence for e-commerce platforms, with a focus on Southeast Asian markets. This role requires a self-disciplined individual with proven expertise in online store operations, capable of independently managing product listings, customer service, and marketing strategies. Reporting directly to the team manager, the successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations, optimize store performance, and deliver actionable insights to support business growth.
Lead sales initiatives and manage profit & loss (P&L) responsibilities for Lazada and Shopee, focusing on Southeast Asian markets
Manage Concurrent product listings and store operations on Lazada, including uploading products and optimizing store performance, with the ability to independently handle tasks efficiently
Respond to customer service inquiries via Lazada’s chat platform in a timely and professional manner
Prepare monthly stock forecasts, plan sales and promotional activities, compile bi-weekly reports, and share actionable insights
Ensure accurate pricing by acting as the gatekeeper, adhering to internal guidelines
Collaborate with clients, logistics teams, and platform partners to ensure seamless operations across Shopee, Lazada, and other platforms
Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost store visibility and drive sales on Lazada
Utilize in-depth knowledge of Lazada’s operational processes, backed by prior experience in Lazada store operations, to enhance efficiency and achieve results
Demonstrate proven experience in Lazada store operations, a strong sense of responsibility, and self-discipline in managing tasks effectively
Possess proficiency in English and Chinese to effectively communicate with stakeholders
Report directly to the team manager and support ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirement
Experienced in Platform marketing and managing online store
Experienced in managing KOLs, Live Streaming and online sales
Strong command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Remuneration
Salary: RM3.5K – RM4.5K
