E-commerce Virtual Assistant

We’re looking for someone who is organized and proactive, with previous experience in Shopify. If you’re willing to learn and take on new tasks, such as product research and customer support, you’ll be a valuable addition to our growing company!

Employment Type: 10 hours a week (grow into more hours)

Location: Remote

Working hours: Flexible (Philippine timezone)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct product research to identify market trends and opportunities.

Manage orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery.

Provide customer support over chat and email.

Explore and research new ideas.

Administrative tasks.

Requirements:

Must have experience with Shopify.

Must be very organized, structured, and proactive.

Experience in product research, order management, and customer support (plus).

A go-getter attitude, capable of figuring things out even without prior experience.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
