Take on the role of leading and being accountable for the execution and management of the entire E&I Maintenance at the site.
Design, implement, maintain, and enhance electrical instruments, equipment, facilities, and utilities.
Prepare comprehensive project cost and schedule, as well as specify materials and equipment selection.
Support main project tasks and ensure satisfactory completion within the allocated time and budget.
Organize, plan, and prioritize E&I works to ensure compliance with design specifications.
Establish and foster cooperative working relationships with internal teams, external contractors, and suppliers.
Ensure adequate allocation of resources (manpower, materials, and tools) to meet the needs of the E&I area, while enhancing the skills and knowledge of employees when possible.
Lead and manage the scheduling of plant shutdown E&I works and calibration activities.
Develop and administer a training plan to ensure that all E&I technicians and engineers are fully qualified and up to date with their competencies.
Create individual career development plans for all E&I personnel, and review them annually.
Undertake any additional duties and responsibilities assigned by superiors as necessary

Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a large chemical/oleochemical manufacturing facility.
Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation) or equivalent from a reputable university.
Possesses extensive knowledge and skills in E&I, including DCS/PLC/network/field instruments/loop diagrams/electrical distribution/package equipment (such as chiller/boiler/TOH/compressor, etc.).
Demonstrates excellent understanding of plant maintenance management and strategic planning.
Resourceful in obtaining technical support when needed.
Exhibits strong organizational and task execution abilities.
Experienced in managing significant plant turnarounds.
Previous experience in the oleochemicals manufacturing industry would be advantageous.
The client is a multi-national entity that manufactures oleochemicals, derivatives, specialty chemicals with plantations spread across the region.
