Tikimės, kad tu:

Turi žinių apie lizingo produktą ir jo sistemą (būtų privalumas)

Gebi efektyviai spręsti problemas, savarankiškai priimti sprendimus remiantis tvirtais argumentais

Laiko planavimas, atsidavimas rezultatų pasiekimui ir išsikeltų tikslų įgyvendinimas – įprasta tavo darbo etika

Puikūs lietuvių kalbos (rašymo, kalbėjimo) įgūdžiai

Geri (B2 lygio) anglų kalbos (rašymo, kalbėjimo) įgūdžiai

Esi kupinas jėgų ir pozityvaus požiūrio

Gerai supranti verslo procesų valdymą

Turi analitinį mąstymą ir gebėjimą greitai priimti sprendimus;

Turi patirties finansų įmonėje ir/ar klientų aptarnavimo srityje (būtų privalumas)

Esi įgijęs aukštąjį išsilavinimą ekonomikos, vadybos, bankininkystės srityje arba šiuo metu studijuoji (būtų privalumas).
