Roles and Responsibility
In this role, you will primarily be responsible for the design, assembly, and control of production equipment for automotive parts manufacturing as an electric control Engineer. Specifically, you will be tasked with handling all processes consistently, from the design of control systems to their manufacturing, testing, implementation, and maintenance. Furthermore, we expect you to propose and implement improvements and efficiencies in the equipment. This role is an excellent opportunity to deepen your knowledge of control technology and hone your problem-solving skills through your work.
Minimum Requirements
Basic knowledge and experience in factory automation (FA)
Skill to design, assemble, and control simple equipment by oneself
Working experience in control systems in the automotive parts industry
Knowledge and Skills of PLC control
Business level Japanese
Preferred Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
Project management and team leadership experience
Advanced problem solving skills and excellent communication skills
Fluent communication skills in English and Japanese
