The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and revenue for our B2C casino operations. This role requires a deep understanding of email marketing strategies, and expertise in overcoming challenges related to blacklists and spam filters. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating effective email campaigns
that resonate with online players and enhance their overall experience.
Job Description:
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage email
marketing campaigns to promote casino games, bonuses, and promotions. * Content Creation: Create compelling email content, including subject lines, body
text, CTAs, and visual elements, tailored to different player segments. * List Management: Maintain and grow email subscriber lists, ensuring data hygiene
and compliance with relevant regulations. * Deliverability Optimization: Monitor and improve email deliverability rates by
implementing best practices to avoid blacklists and spam filters. * Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (open
rates, click-through rates, conversions) and provide actionable insights to optimize
future campaigns. * A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on various email elements to improve
engagement and conversion rates. * Compliance: Ensure all email campaigns comply with industry regulations and best
practices, particularly in grey market regions. * Collaboration: Work closely with the design, content, and CRM teams to align email marketing efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
The Successful Candidate:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, preferably
within the online casino or iGaming industry. * Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp,
SendGrid, HubSpot) and CRM systems. * Strong ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to
optimize email campaigns. * Strong copywriting and design skills to create engaging and effective
email content. * High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing
email lists and campaign execution. * Familiarity with email marketing regulations and best
practices in different markets. * Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and
contribute to a positive work environment. * Experience with HTML/CSS for email template customization.
Knowledge of advanced email deliverability tools and techniques.
Previous experience in overcoming challenges related to blacklists and spam filters.
