Key Responsibilities
Source, identify, and attract high-quality candidates for a diverse range of roles across Europe.
Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
Forge strong relationships with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Consult with hiring managers to fully understand their needs and preferences.
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including social media and job boards, to find ideal candidates.
Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing support and insight.
Present qualified candidates to clients and highlight their skills and experiences effectively.
Requirements
Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
