The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of enterprise-wide technology solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align IT strategy with business goals, manage complex projects, and ensure the integrity and consistency of all IT systems. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in enterprise architecture, IT strategy, and project management in the Healthcare business domain (US).

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain an enterprise architecture framework that aligns with the organization’s business strategy and goals;
Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure IT systems and infrastructure;
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the primary business drivers affecting; our enterprise funnel and outcomes, and create strategies to overcome obstacles;
Provide leadership to address critical strategic issues and opportunities by collaborating across multiple functions;
Document the process using multiple architectural models;
Determine the technology system architecture and functional design needed to support and meet company business goals;
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance business processes and support organizational growth.
Fundamentals:
Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect;
Extensive experience in designing and implementing complex IT systems and solutions;
Experience with business intelligence (BI) and analytics platforms;
Strong knowledge of data architecture, data governance, and data management practices;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Frameworks (CSVLOD, TOGAF);
Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles and best practices;
Experience with microservices design patterns and architectures;
Good understanding of HIPAA Compliance.
