Primary Responsibilities:
Work closely with key functional leaders, reporting development teams and IT to identify the priorities, based on data, for significant enterprise program
Partner with high priority internal stakeholders to analyze data and create a roadmap to increase the usage of digital communication and decrease the usage of paper
Work effectively with executive management and build solid relationships across a variety of stakeholders and business partners, including UHC/UHG leadership
Create consistent definitions of key measures to be used throughout the program and evaluate solutions
Partner with a development team to identify technology and process solutions that meet business goals and objectives
Collaborate with customer, product, clinical and operational teams to create data requirements, reports and establish a strategy for maintaining and refreshing data to maintain continuous awareness of opportunities
Partner with data analytics teams to showcase the value of products and processes
Understand complex concepts and situations, including the ability to link strategic direction to day-to-day tactical activities

Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in reporting and analytics
Experience partnering with Technology development
Experience with Cost Benefit Analysis and/or value demonstration
Experience with Power BI, Snowflake, Tableau, Alteryx, or dbt
Demonstrated strength in problem solving and analytics with capability to identify insights that support leadership in developing a roadmap
Preferred Qualifications:
Leadership experience within Optum & Optum Health
Experience with high visibility business analysis
Experience in strategy development
Experience working with capital projects, requesting capital and/or financial demonstration of return on investment

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
