About the Role:

This role is open to residents of the U.S., U.K., Australia, and Mexico.
Responsibilities:
Booking & Coordination:
Help clients book travel services such as flights, accommodations, cruises, car rentals, and tours
Utilize online booking systems to process reservations with precision
Provide personalized travel recommendations based on clients’ needs, preferences, and budgets
Customer Support:
Deliver excellent service via phone, email, and online chat
Answer inquiries about travel destinations, itineraries, and policies
Manage changes, cancellations, and other requests professionally
Collaboration & Development:
Work with team members to ensure a seamless travel experience

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older and fluent in English (bilingual candidates are a plus)
Residency requirement: Must live in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, or Mexico
