VACANCY Luxury Safari Company requires an Equestrian Manager based in remote Wilderness area in Northern Botswana. Job responsibilities/requirements
Exceptional equestrian skills, experience and qualifications essential
Must have excellent understanding of equine nutrition, farriery, and basic veterinary care of horses.
Excellent English communication skills
Must be computer literate with a solid understanding of spreadsheets and stock control
Supervision and management of existing staff and grooms and mentoring of new staff
Must be willing to work remotely as the position is bush based
Guest liaison
Remuneration will be negotiated and based on industry standard as well as individual experience, qualifications and skills.
