Business Development Associate CIS Region/EU (Remote)
About the Role:
Our client, a leading crypto payment processor, is seeking a Business Development Associate to expand its presence in the CIS European market. This role is ideal for a sales-driven professional with experience in B2B sales, fintech, crypto payments, or iGaming.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage decision-makers in iGaming and fintech industries.
Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social media.
Represent the company at conferences and industry events.
Qualify leads and maintain strong client relationships.
Manage sales pipeline and update CRM (HubSpot).
Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, fintech, crypto, or iGaming.
Strong networking and negotiation skills.
Experience and portfolio in the LATAM market or Spanish Language is a huge plus.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments.
Fluent in English and one of the following languages:
