A lush, opulent camp situated in Botswana, Okavango, is looking for an EXECUTIVE CHEF to join their team.
This establishment sets a new standard for culinary excellence. The role requires a candidate who is passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences and is adept at managing a high-end kitchen. The ideal candidate will deliver fine dining cuisine for a small, exclusive group of guests and thrive in a remote, dynamic environment. The position involves catering to a select group of guests, typically 16-18 at a time, across two villas and five suites.
Candidate Requirements:

Based in the Okavango Delta, with experience in a remote, high-pressure kitchen environment.

Proven ability to manage a fine dining kitchen, ensuring all dishes meet a 5-star+ standard.

Experience in catering for small, exclusive groups (16-18 guests at a time) and managing service for multiple locations (villas and suites).

The role includes 50% medical contributions, emergency services coverage, one flight per year, and all meals and transport covered.
