Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years as an Executive Chef in 5-star establishments.

Degree or diploma in cheffing from a recognized institution.

Demonstrated passion for creating exceptional food.

Experience in luxury lodges or villas in African settings, understanding remote operations.

Fluent in English; basic Setswana is a plus.

Excellent communication skills with guests and staff.

Work standard that consistently exceeds lodge standards.

Strong organizational and lateral thinking abilities.

Initiative and adherence to World Class Hospitality and Service Standards.

Honest, high integrity, proactive, driven, and ambitious.

Computer literate.

Excellent organizational skills, perseverance, and patience.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and enjoys working with people.
