Experience

Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry, Farming, Livestock, E-commerce, Agro based Startup, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup, E-commerce Startup
Additional Requirements
Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing app performance metrics.
Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
Responsibilities & Context
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Krishop and other iFarmer apps relevant to Agri Input, ensuring smooth functionality, accurate product information, and efficient order processing.
Optimize the app’s user interface and features to enhance the retailer experience and drive engagement.
Monitor app performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, including product descriptions, promotions, and educational resources.
Foster a vibrant and active retailer community on the Krishop app.
Prepare regular reports on app performance, sales figures, community engagement, and other key metrics.
