Your ability to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities
Oversee the entire recruitment process for multiple clients and roles across various industries
Develop and implement effective candidate sourcing strategies to attract top talent
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and fit
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their unique hiring needs
Provide expert advice to clients on market trends and recruitment best practices
Ensure timely communication and updates to candidates regarding their application progress
Document and track all recruitment activities accurately for reporting purposes
Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment, with a track record of successful placements
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong understanding of recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and priorities

Proficiency in using various online sourcing platforms and networking
