Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles across different industries

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates

Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs

Provide expert guidance to clients on recruitment trends and best practices

Ensure timely communication and updates to candidates regarding their application status

Document all recruitment activities accurately for reporting purposes

Requirements:

Proven experience in recruitment, with a track record of successful placements

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong understanding of recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
