We are looking for an Export Manager for a company based in Dublin.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute comprehensive export strategies to expand the company’s presence in international markets, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Identify and evaluate potential export markets and assess their viability, considering factors such as market demand, competition, regulatory requirements, and economic conditions.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in target markets, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential international customers, distributors, agents, and partners, fostering long-term partnerships to drive sales and market share growth.
Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with international customers, ensuring profitability while maintaining competitiveness in the market.
Coordinate and manage the export process, including order fulfillment, logistics, documentation, customs compliance, and timely delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, manufacturing, logistics, and finance, to align export activities with overall business objectives, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency.
Proven experience in export management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial sector.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with international stakeholders.
Proficient in using export management software, CRM systems, and MS Office suite.
