JOB OVERVIEW
We’re looking for experienced recruiters in the Philippines who can source, screen, and deliver top-quality Cold Callers.
What You’ll Do
– Source 10 qualified Cold Callers per day (Mon-Fri)
– Eventually scale to 25 Cold Callers per day
– Use your existing networks, job boards, and outreach strategies
– Provide daily reporting and simple tracking
– Coordinate with our management team on hiring status
Ideal Recruiter Profile
Based in the Philippines
– Experience in BPO or call center recruitment
– Excellent sourcing & communication skills
– Reliable internet and available during PH day shift
– Can provide voice samples or test recordings from applicants
