Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Facebook Ads Manager with a strong background in the casino industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, executing, and managing Facebook ad campaigns that deliver measurable results. You will work closely with our creative team to develop compelling ad content and conduct thorough audience research to optimize campaign targeting. This role requires a strategic mindset and an in-depth understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the casino industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and oversee Facebook ad campaigns specifically designed for the casino industry.
Performance Monitoring: Continuously track and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to make informed optimizations.
Creative Collaboration: Partner with creative teams to produce engaging ad creatives and copy that resonate with casino audiences.
Audience Research: Conduct comprehensive audience research to ensure ads are targeted effectively, leveraging industry-specific insights.
Industry Trends: Stay informed on the latest trends in Facebook advertising, particularly those relevant to the casino sector, and apply best practices to campaigns.
Reporting: Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, presenting key insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Industry Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing Facebook ad campaigns within the casino industry.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Facebook Ads Manager and related tools.
Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with creative teams and other cross-functional groups.
Creativity & Problem-Solving: Innovative thinker with a proven ability to solve complex problems within the casino advertising space.
Time Management: Capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and adhering to tight deadlines.
Preferred Experience:
Hands-on experience with casino marketing campaigns.
Knowledge of regulatory guidelines related to casino advertising.
Proven success in executing ad campaigns that have significantly contributed to revenue growth in the casino industry.
