Facility Assistant

Working as a Facility Assistant at Scanline VFX/Eyeline Studios in Seoul, no two days are the same. For you, variety is the spice of life and you are able to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks, collaborate across many departments and groups.
Expect to partner with HR, Recruiting, and our IT teams where we strive for success in a fast-paced and fast-shifting environment. It’s a position that requires you to think on your feet and take initiative to learn new things quickly. You will be working on-site to support our studio business operations. This is an entry level position.
Key Responsibilities

Creates a positive, welcoming first impression by greeting guests at the Studio

Reception duties i.e. studio tours, signing of NDA’s, answers phone calls, incoming mail etc.

Assists IT in remote kit shipment and return

Sets up meeting, conference and screening rooms

Support desk booking and attendance optimization

Liaising with building management, contractors and various other vendors for any facility issues, improvements, coffee services, supplies, catering, etc.

Ensures that the studio cleanliness and organization are maintained

Managing office inventory including furniture

Managing office consumable

Facility storage management

Move and delivery coordination, including Logistics

Event organization and management

Works with IT to support business operations (New hires, Exits, Employee support)

Facility point of contact for all Korea Employees

Assists HR and Recruiting on various tasks/projects such as interview booking, on-boarding, and various administrative duties

Travel and hotel bookings

Create and maintain Confluence documentation about existing and new workflows

Other various reporting and tracking

Translate a variety of documents from one language to another, while maintaining the content, context, and tone of the original text

Interpret for business meetings, interviews and events, conveying the message accurately and objectively

Minimum Qualifications

Previous industry experience

Previous coordinating experience (Game studios / Event planning, logistical etc)

Bilingual – English and Korean

Preferred Qualifications

Software experience including Google Suite, ShotGrid,

, Confluence & JIRA * Recent Graduates with an Facility management/Corporate Services/General admin experience

시설 문제, 해결방안, 커피용품, 케이터링 등에 대한 건물 관리 및 계약업체와의 소통을 담당합니다.

스튜디오를 관리하고 청결을 유지합니다.

가구를 포함한 사무실 재고를 관리합니다.

사무실 소모품을 관리하고 퍼실리티 창고를 관리합니다.

물류 등 이사와 배송 관련 업무를 보조합니다.

이벤트를 기획하고 관리합니다.

IT와 협력하여 비즈니스 운영을 지원합니다. (신규 입/퇴사자 관리 및 직원 문의 지원)

한국인 직원들에 대한 POC 역할을 맡게 됩니다.

인사 및 채용 부서에 인터뷰 예약, 입사 절차 및 다양한 행정업무 등을 보조 지원합니다.

출장 및 호텔, 비행기 예약을 보조합니다.

기존 및 새로운 워크플로우에 대한 문서를 작성하고 관리합니다.

기타 다양한 보고 및 트래킹 업무를 담당합니다.

원문에 대한 내용, 맥락, 어조를 유지하며 다른 언어로 다양한 문서를 번역합니다.

비즈니스 미팅 및 이벤트, 인터뷰를 위한 객관적이고 정확한 통역을 보조합니다.

최소 자격

동일 산업 경험자 우대

게임 스튜디오, 이벤트 기획 및 물류 관련 보조 경험자 우대

한국어 및 영어 능통자 우대

선호하는 자격

Google Suite, ShotGrid,

, confluence, JIRA와 같은 소프트웨어 경험자 * 퍼실리티/기업 서비스/관리 직무 경험이 있는 학사 졸업자
