Role Overview:
The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee all F&B operations to ensure our offerings reflect the highest standards of luxury and quality. This role includes managing daily operations, leading, and training a team of talented staff, designing memorable menus alongside the executive chef, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management: Supervise, motivate, and develop a dedicated F&B team to deliver exceptional service and maintain a professional, positive work environment.
Operational Excellence: Oversee all F&B operations, including dining, bar, room service, and outdoor catering, ensuring seamless service from start to finish.
Menu & Culinary Innovation: Collaborate with chefs to design and execute seasonal menus that showcase local ingredients and reflect our commitment to quality.
Guest Experience: Continuously enhance guest satisfaction through tailored dining experiences, attention to detail, and responsiveness to feedback.
Budgeting & Cost Control: Manage budgets, cost controls, and stock inventory effectively to align with business goals while upholding premium quality standards.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all F&B areas.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage management at a luxury lodge, resort, or high-end hospitality establishment.
Skills: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to build, train, and inspire a high-performing team.
Background: Strong background in creating memorable dining experiences and knowledge of fine dining standards.
Financial Acumen: Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Passion: Deep passion for hospitality, guest satisfaction, and high standards.
Adaptability: Adaptable, resourceful, and committed to working in a remote setting.
