About the Role: We are looking for a Field Sales Sector Leader to join our Medical Product Division Sale Team in West China who will be responsible for the organization, development, and implementation of a technically strong and highly skilled flexible sales team in North China area to achieve the revenue and ROI target.

This is remote position, and you can work from home in Guangzhou, China where you can fulfill the duties of your role.*

Responsibilities:

Ensure 100% achievement of annual sales target

Maintain a profitable growth from management the territory with a health ROI

Develop loyalty customers to Key Opinion Customer that advocate Gore brand and ensure a fitness utilization Gore peripheral product in the territory

Develop distributor channels to achieve a product coverage that meets the market expansion trend and facilitate the Channel management with Sales team

Execution on the New Product launch and conversion plan and implementation of Sector business development strategy and work closely with Sales Leadership team and MA team on maintaining a stable premium price in China Market

Provide effective support to the FSAs on solving product utilization problems from solid product and procedure knowledge

Advocate Gore Brand in the industry to proactively attract potential talent to fulfill further organization expansion

Recruit Field Sales Associates that fit Gore culture and support their success in Gore with a long-term grow together view

Create a fair, free to grow team while protect the waterline discipline and commitment culture

Establishes clear expectations of equitable and inclusive behaviors from Associates and acts immediately to appropriately address negatively impactful or unfair behavior

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in medical or medicine

Minimum of six years of sales experience with demonstrated sales leadership capabilities, preferably in medical device industry

Experience and familiarity with the broad base of medical device products, preferably in vascular surgery, interventional radiology, and nephrology customer segments

Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining an inclusive work environment with clear understanding of equitable practices

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team player with proven sales performance; demonstrated business acumen; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks; ability to coach and develop sales associates and address personnel issues effectively; capable of understanding and presenting highly technical products

Understand and support Gore corporate culture

Current and valid driver’s license required

Ability to travel up to 70% (if applicable)
