Masters in Commerce background Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience (preferably in NGO projects).
Experience

Proficient in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet).
Experience with accounting software will be given preference.
Must be honest, hardworking, and responsible.
Responsibilities & Context
Develop and manage the organization’s budget, Prepare and present accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements as per donor requirement·
Conduct daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.·
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies, while identifying and mitigating financial risks.·
Communicate financial information effectively with management, board members, donor and other stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
