We are seeking a Finance and Reporting Analyst who is passionate about playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of financial operations and contributing to our ambitious growth plans.
As a Finance and Reporting Analyst, you will be instrumental in driving key reporting and analysis processes that guide the bank’s strategic direction.
Description

Preparation and enhancement of internal and regulatory reports.

Active participation in budgeting and financial planning processes.

Analyzing the bank’s performance against budgets and forecasts.

Evaluating products and business processes to improve efficiency and profitability.

Providing regular support and insights to the CFO, CRO, CEO, CMO, and the Management Board.

Engaging in communication with regulatory and supervisory authorities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in data analysis and/or reporting, ideally within the banking or financial services sector.

Proficient in Excel, with advanced knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.

Ability to communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English, both verbally and in writing.

Experience working with large data sets and interpreting complex results.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a hands-on attitude.

Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.

Competitive gross salary of €2600 – €3200 per month, depending on your experience, skills, and competencies.
