We’re looking for a hands-on Pensions Finance Manager to lead all financial operations for Guernsey Pensions. This role is critical to the 3-year growth plan and offers the opportunity to influence performance at both local and Group levels.
The successful candidate will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audits, while managing relationships with the Mauritius shared service centre and helping to build remote support in Dubai. They will support the local Board, maintain strong controls and systems, and lead a small team – with success measured through their development and delivery.
We’re looking for a qualified (or qualified by experience) accountant with strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, improvement-focused mindset. Pensions experience is a plus but not essential.
