Finance Manager (Largely Remote)

Robertson Bell are thrilled to be working with this brilliant and fast-growing charity, who have people at the heart of their focus, while they recruit a permanent Finance Manager to be based in their offices in London. This role will form part of an ambitious team and will take ownership of maintaining the current financial position of the organisation.

The key responsibilities of the Finance Manager role include:

Working closely with the Board of Directors and Trustees to provide strategic direction from a financial perspective.

Sole responsibility for reforecasting and monitoring the organisation’s budgets.

Leading on producing all necessary documentation for audit purposes.

Oversight of the daily transactions completed by the Bookkeeper.

This exciting opportunity is largely remote and does require candidates to partake in occasional travel for in-person leadership meetings. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in providing strategic advice looking for a new challenge. The organisation has a close-knit team and offers the chance to be part of the fantastic work they do from a strategic financial perspective.

The successful candidate will have:

Experience forecasting and producing annual budget models.

The ability to communicate financial information to non-financial people.

Strong experience in managing daily financial processes and providing strategic guidance to the leadership team.

Good knowledge of MS Excel.
