One of our valued clients is seeking a dynamic and engaging Finance Manager/Senior Finance Manager to join their Guernsey team on a permanent, full-time basis
Reporting to the Group Chief Financial Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations and contributing to the company’s profitability. You will also manage, mentor, and motivate your team, ensuring their development and satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
Oversee all financial duties, including setting local targets, budgets, and forecasts
Manage the production of monthly management accounts and financial statements
Mentor and motivate the finance team, ensuring their development and satisfaction
Undertake financial analysis and regulatory reporting as require
You should be a professionally qualified accountant or qualified by experience, have strong people management skills and the ability to support, listen, encourage, and coach
