Has background in oil-field services, engineering, and construction company
Someone very keen to detail (require volume invoice creation and volume email sending manually as their automation bugged down for all HAL regions) + Accountant preferred + SAP
Lower-level invoicing
Invoicing from Landmark
Responsibility for data and email for L2 customers
Take time and extreme attentions details on invoices
Wrong attachment on email can never happen
Confidential pricing on one client / one another email can never happen
More careful / more detailed oriented
SAP experience to pull invoice / merge packet /
Supporting documentation for email attachments is in excel or Outlook
Create template for email and put it together in the email
Slow and accurate preferred as opposed to fast and with a mistake
CFO has told that even if customer payment will be slow that is preferable than giving a customer the wrong information or pricing from a another customer / competitor
Do not make a mistake
Works on Invoicing and corrections
Salary: 50-150k
