We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Subcontractors Operations unit (EU team) and strengthen our global team.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Business Partnering Services (BPS), part of EPAM’s Global Finance department, to ensure seamless administrative and financial interactions between EPAM leadership and clients. You’ll partner with a diverse network of over 300 specialists to facilitate and drive business growth.

Responsibilities
Handle contractor agreements and verify invoices, timesheets, and rate cards
Communicate regularly with Contractors/Subcontractors, internal EPAM departments, and project staff
Input and monitor data using internal EPAM systems while ensuring accuracy at all times
Support cost accounting processes in corporate accounting systems and assist with month-end closure activities, including analysis, report preparation, and commentary
Establish a comprehensive Subcontractors process and provide consulting services on their lifecycle within EPAM
Maintain and update guides, manuals, internal instructions, and related documentation
Assist with audit requests by providing accurate and timely information
Requirements
Completed higher education, preferably in economics
1+ years of professional experience in a relevant domain
Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formula usage
Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Understanding of accounting principles and corporate finance practices
Competency in written and spoken English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Ability to handle large volumes of data, multitask effectively, and meet deadlines consistently
Resilience under pressure, goal-oriented, and strong self-discipline
Exceptional communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Time management skills adaptable to remote work and multiple time zones
