What You’ll Do
Handle customer inquiries through various channels, including calls, emails, and chats.
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve customer issues by helping customers identify root causes and provide solutions.
Stay updated on products and policies and provide accurate information.
Meet performance metrics.
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who meets the following requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply.
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (emails, chats, phones).
Solid background in financial customer service accounts in the U.S., such as handling inquiries for banks, credit card companies, or financial institutions
Familiarity with applications such as Gorgias, Zendesk, Kustomer, and Confluence is advantageous.
Familiarity with financial tools like PayPal, online banking platforms, and other related payment processing systems.
Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written, with clarity, precision, and grammatical accuracy.
Neutral American accent, with the ability to use American slang (natural English) for effective written and verbal customer communication.
Exceptional communication skills with a friendly, empathetic, and upbeat tone.
Quick thinker who is proactive and adaptable in diverse situations.

Technical Requirements
High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps or fiber connection)
Noise-cancelling headset
Fast computer
Power and internet backup required
Rates and Expectations
Work Setup: Remote
Full-Time Role
The role may involve either 1) handling multiple channels (phones, emails, and chats) or 2) focusing on a single channel (voice or non-voice).
Rate starts at $5 to $8 per hour depending on skills and experience
Timezone: Eastern or Pacific
