We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual for the role of Financial Reporting Lead with our client, a leading multinational tech company with offices in Dublin City. This is a fully remote, 6-month contract with the potential for extension or permanent placement for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will join a dynamic team of four and report directly to the Finance Manager. In this role, you will oversee month-end and quarter-end close processes, variance analysis, and act as a key partner to FP&A Reporting, Tax, Legal, Treasury, and Compliance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring accurate variance analysis.
Lead and coordinate team members on various projects.
Perform detailed balance sheet reviews and ensure all account reconciliations are accurate.
Deliver critical accounting insights to key stakeholders during quarter-end.
Address complex accounting transactions and ensure proper treatment in collaboration with stakeholders.
Serve as a key liaison with FP&A Reporting, Tax, Legal, Treasury, and Compliance teams.
Manage and respond to audit requests.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience: 4-6 years post-qualification experience.
Qualifications: Fully Qualified Accountant, preferably from a Big 4 or Top 10 firm.
Expertise: At least 2 years working in a multinational organisation.
Attributes: Motivated, detail-oriented, and driven to excel.
Other:
100% Remote Position – with the option to work hybrid from the Dublin office if preferred.
Salary: €95-€100k, depending on experience.
6-Month Contract – with a strong likelihood of becoming permanent or being extended long-term.
