Responsibilities

Source, screen, and interview potential candidates using various platforms

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions

Utilize social media, job boards, and other channels to attract high-quality candidates

Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback

Conduct background checks and verify references for selected candidates

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our database

Requirements

Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken

Strong sourcing and networking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
