Your Role:
Engage with potential candidates by sourcing and identifying top talent for various job openings
Conduct friendly and insightful screenings and interviews in both Finnish and English
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates-your people skills will shine!
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences
Keep our candidate databases organized and maintain accurate records
Support the recruitment process from start to finish to ensure a seamless experience
Contribute your creative ideas to enhance our talent acquisition strategies and approaches
Requirements:
Fluency in Finnish and English is essential-let your language skills shine!
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are key to success in this role
We’re looking for self-motivated individuals who thrive both independently and as part of a team
Show us your proactive attitude and eagerness to learn-your passion is what matters!
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills will help you excel
No previous recruitment experience? No problem! We’ll provide comprehensive training to get you started
Familiarity with online job boards and social media for sourcing candidates is a plus
Be ready for an exciting journey with a fully paid 3-month training experience in Greece before you embark on your remote role!
