Your Responsibilities:
Source and engage with qualified candidates for diverse roles across various industries
Conduct initial screenings and interviews in both Finnish and English
Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates alike
Collaborate with hiring managers to accurately understand their staffing needs
Maintain organized and detailed records within our candidate databases
Support the recruitment process from start to finish to ensure a seamless candidate experience
Bring your creativity and ideas to enhance our talent acquisition strategies
Requirements:
Fluency in both Finnish and English is essential for this role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must
Self-motivated individuals who thrive in both independent and collaborative settings
A proactive attitude and strong desire to learn are vital for success
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail are important
No prior recruitment experience is needed; comprehensive training will be provided
Familiarity with online job boards and social media for sourcing candidates is beneficial
Willingness to travel to Greece for a fully paid 3-month training program is required
