As part of this strategic growth, we are seeking highly skilled individuals to join our team VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT – PROJECT MANAGERS X4 PURPOSE OF THE JOB Reporting to the Executive Director, the Project Manager leads and coordinates all project phases, ensuring completion in line with technical, financial, and regulatory standards. The role requires effective stakeholder communication, performance monitoring, and on-site leadership. VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT – FOREMAN X4 PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Foreman is responsible for coordinating day-to-day construction activities, ensuring teams meet productivity, safety, and quality expectations on-site. The Foreman reports to the Site Manager and provides hands-on leadership for labourers and artisans. BRIEF JOB PROFILE OF POSITION Key responsibilities will include: · Supervise artisans, operators, and general labourers on site · Allocate work tasks daily and ensure timely execution · Conduct site inductions and daily safety briefings · Enforce safety compliance and record incidents · Report progress, delays, and materials used to the Site Manager · Identify and resolve minor site issues before escalation · Maintain discipline, quality, and morale within teams COMPETENCIES The position requires the following competencies: · Practical leadership and motivation of site teams · Communication and conflict resolution skills · Time management and task delegation · Safety enforcement and productivity tracking · Good record-keeping and verbal reporting · Construction site operations oversight · Excellent communication and negotiation skills · Excellent attention to detail and accuracy · Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE · Minimum 3 years’ experience in civil or building construction · Experience managing crews of 15+ workers across multiple trades · Proven track record in structural works, concrete, formwork, blockwork, or finishing trades · Understanding of health and safety protocols and construction quality standards · Experience in rural and remote site environments preferred
