Join Our Team as a Forex Business Development Manager (ASIA Remote)!
Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Forex Business Development Manager to build and enhance our market presence in Asia. This role will involve identifying new business opportunities, developing partnerships, and driving growth in the Forex trading market. As part of our international team, you will work remotely, leveraging your expertise in the Forex industry to expand our client base and cultivate long-term relationships.
This is a full-time contractor position, applicants are required to have an entity and be able to invoice.
Only candidates with proficiency in Thai or Chinese and Malay will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to increase market share in the Asian Forex market.
Identify and evaluate potential business partners and client opportunities.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, financial institutions, and clients.
Conduct market research to understand market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create promotional campaigns and initiatives.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and services.
Provide regular feedback and reports on market developments, business performance, and potential risks.
Utilize CRM and other tools to track and manage business development activities.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience in the Forex industry is a must, with a strong understanding of the Asian market.
Proven track record in rapid business development, sales, or a similar role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Fluent (C1) and above in English and either Thai or Chinese and Malay.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and other business development tools.
Ability to travel as needed for business meetings and events.
