The incumbent will be reporting directly to the CEO, handling GTM for the US market. This will involve Customer Success, Farming and also to streamline GTM overall. Over a period of time, the person will get involved in multiple roles within the GTM function.

Handle Customer Success and ensure the Clients are able to leverate the solution well

Ensure the CSAT is high and customers are happy

Work with CEO on retention and expansion strategies

Indulge in GTM strategy to influence and improve Hunting into new accounts

Work closely with BDR team for getting new business

Join a Lean Team of Top 1% talent in SAAS|Work directly with the CEO

5+ years of Experience, in any sales role

B2B SAAS experience preferred, but open to other industries as well

B-Tech from Tier-I Colleges – Old IIT/BITS Pilani (Non-negotiable)

Open to work in US shift and hustle
