Standalone FP&A Manager (Hybrid Remote Work, 11m JPY!)
Our client are a leader in FMCG and Consumer Healthcare, recruiting an FP&A Manager.
You will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, providing vital insights to support top management.

Key Responsibilities
– Lead on changes & improvements to FP&A processes.
– Manage monthly and quarterly closing processes
– Identify risks and opportunities in SG&A to improve forecast accuracy.
– Analyzing financial metrics like Gross Profit and SG&A.
– Lead P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow planning with franchise controllers and regional FP&A teams.
– Ensure compliance with SOX requirements.
Qualifications
– Must be fluent in Japanese.
– 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
– Experience in multinational companies (preferred)
– Experience in Consumer Goods (preferred).
– Knowledge of reporting tools like SAP, OneStream, Tableau, and BI dashboards (preferred).
