Responsibilities
Source and identify potential candidates through a variety of channels including social media, job boards, and networking.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for client needs.
Work closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements and provide them with exceptional candidates.
Manage all stages of the recruitment process, from initial outreach to job offer negotiations.
Maintain accurate and organized documentation of recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
Continuously stay updated on industry trends to optimize recruitment strategies.
Requirements
Proven experience as a recruiter or similar role is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of various recruitment methods and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and clients.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes effectively while adhering to deadlines.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms to enhance sourcing capabilities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a positive consideration.
Access to a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
