Responsibilities
Source and attract candidates using various platforms and recruitment strategies.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and potential fit.
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
Manage the recruitment process from initial outreach to onboarding of successful candidates.
Maintain meticulous records of candidate communications and recruitment activities.
Stay updated on industry trends to refine recruitment strategies and practices.
Requirements
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, with a focus on diverse hiring.
Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective candidate engagement.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects concurrently while maintaining attention to detail.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for effective remote work.
