Roles and Responsibility

This is our first initiative at Recruit R&D Staffing. We are looking for a full remote engineer. This is a full remote system development position with a major company SIer. You will work on development as an engineer for business application and web application development.

[Job Description]
We are looking for a person who can develop open system application software and web applications for financial institutions. Especially looking for a person who can be involved in a wide range of phases such as specification study, detailed design, programming, testing, debugging, and actual equipment testing, with a particular focus on various financial systems.

Financial open systems customization

Financial system operation and construction work

Prototyping of EDI financial support systems to be converted to SaaS

[Project and case examples]

Development of financial systems

Development of various web services

Work in the upstream process under the prime contractor, SIer

Minimum Requirements

Working experience in application (business software or web software) development, with at least 5 years of experience

More than 5 years of experience in Language: JAVA or PYTHON

Experience in DB: Oracle or SQL

Preferred Requirements

Experience as PM/PL

Experience in training junior staff

IT-related certifications, etc.

Employment type: Permanent

Location: Nationwide (with transfers) *The initial assignment full remote, and may have possibility to relocate nationwide

Annual Salary: 4.6M ~ 9.1M JPY ・Bonus : Twice a year

Hours: 9:00 – 17:45 *Depends on the place of employment

Overtime: Approximately 25 hours per month
