Analysis and processing of microscopic images in life science and digital pathology
Development and optimization of web-based image analysis applications
Research and development of new algorithms using data-driven research methods.
Collaboration with researchers inside and outside the team.
【Qualification requirements】
3+ years of experience in computer science, image processing, or related field.
Experience in developing image analysis software
Knowledge of programming languages (react, Python, C++, etc.)
Experience with machine learning and deep learning is a plus.
Communication and teamwork skills.
Highly Knowledge of open stack
