About You:
You are a highly skilled and versatile developer who has experience in architecting websites and web applications. You’ve worked with cross-functional teams involving project management, design, and quality assurance, and you’re comfortable with both internal and client-facing communication.
You thrive in Agile environments, where breaking down complex architectures into user stories is second nature. You’re always learning, adapting, and improving your skill set while helping others grow. You’re not afraid to ask for help and can confidently meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work across multiple projects.
Skills:

Experience with Python.

Experience creating custom GPTs/Agents.

Experience with marketing automation platforms such as ActiveCampaign, Pardot, or others. This includes setting up landing pages, automated workflows, creating new templates, and integrating websites and databases.

Experience developing responsive, accessible, high-quality websites and web applications.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS (SASS), and JavaScript (jQuery).

Experience with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, PHP, Java, or Ruby).

Experience with third-party integrations, APIs, and back-end services.

Proficiency in Agile development methodologies.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Nice to haves:

Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3, and CloudWatch.

Experience with WooCommerce.

Experience with Elementor (WordPress Page Builder).

Prior experience with LearnDash (Learning Management System).

REST APIs, especially the WordPress REST API.

Comfortable with design tools like Figma and InVision.

General experience with web server technologies (Apache, NGINX, Serverless).

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields.

5+ years of experience in a similar role.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work with different Agile project management tools such as Jira.

We are seeking a contributor who is comfortable working directly with clients in collaborative sessions and proficient in speaking English.

Fluent in English – both written and verbal.

Legal status to work in Panama, Panama City.
