JOB OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our growing team and help us ship high-quality web & mobile products – fast, clean, and with purpose.
You’ll be working across:
– Frontend: React + React Native (mobile is core to our stack)
– Backend: Laravel (REST APIs, clean architecture)
– Infra (optional): Docker, Hetzner, basic DevOps
We’re focused on building real apps with smart logic and clean UX – no fluff, just well-structured code that scales.
Ideal Profile
– 3+ years of experience with React + Laravel
– Hands-on experience with React Native (required)
– Comfortable shipping features end-to-end
– Solid Git practices and async workflow (Slack, GitHub, Notion)
– Solid English – written and spoken (able to join team calls)
– Autonomy and initiative – we value ownership, not micromanagement
Bonus Skills
– Tailwind, Firebase, Stripe
– AI integrations (LLMs, tools like Vercel’s V0)
– Python, Node.js, or other backend languages
– DevOps familiarity (Docker, CI/CD pipelines)

Compensation
$1500 USD/month – full-time (40h/week)
Remote, CET timezone availability required
Option to grow into a long-term or lead dev role
