JOB OVERVIEW
About the Role
A fast-growing digital car dealership is looking for an experienced full-stack developer and systems integrator to create a fully customized internal system that will replace an existing external sales system. This system will be the central platform for managing sales, inventory, lead management, and automation.
The role involves not only system development but also API integrations, automation, and website improvements. The ideal candidate is highly independent, proactive, and capable of handling both backend and frontend development while also having a good sense of UX/UI design.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop a completely new internal sales and operations system from scratch that will serve as the core platform for the company
Integrate API connections between various tools including external sales systems, Telavox (telephone exchange), Freshdesk (email-based leads), WordPress/WooCommerce (website), Airtable (inventory and logistics), Blocket (car listings), WhatsApp (external communication), and Slack (internal communication)
Automate workflows to reduce manual processes, ensuring seamless pricing updates, lead tracking, and vehicle listings
Implement improvements to the company website based on own findings and an existing Todoist task list, ensuring issues are resolved independently
Work on UX/UI enhancements for both the internal platform and website to improve user experience
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs in the website, payment system, and checkout process to ensure smooth transactions
Develop a structured lead management system that consolidates all incoming leads from phone calls, emails, and website interactions
Suggest improvements and optimize processes related to automation, integrations, and overall digital workflows
If applicable, leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, lead analysis, or automation
Key Requirements
Proven experience in full-stack development, including both backend and frontend work
Strong experience in API development and integrations, with tools such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), and custom API connections
Experience with WordPress and WooCommerce, including custom development and plugin modifications
Knowledge of database management systems such as Airtable, SQL, or Firebase
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and proactively find solutions
Familiarity with automation tools to optimize business processes
UX/UI design capabilities to create functional and visually appealing interfaces
Experience with AI-driven tools is a plus but not required
Strong English communication skills to collaborate with a remote team
